We are bringing a mobile slaughter trailer to Central New Jersey. As farmers of pastured meat, we want to provide the least stressful way of slaughtering animals as possible. On farm slaughter is more humane for the animal and better for the quality of the meat. Farmers who raise pastured farm animals are vital for farmland preservation and provide an excellent source of nutritious local food. 

Mobile slaughter trailers are already operational in Washington State, California, New Mexico, Kentucky, Vermont, South Dakota, Massachusetts, Alaska and North Carolina. We are interested in encouraging local sustainable farming and giving farmers the tools they need to produce healthy products that don't pollute the environment.
